Structural Integration (90 min session)

Get into some serious bodywork and structural assessment by booking an 90 minute Structural Integration session. In about 90 minutes we will assess, work and reassess; using Structural Integrative manual therapy and movement reeducation- methods with roots in old-school osteopathy. If you view yourself as a seasoned bodywork receiver, consider booking a 120 minute session instead.
