Structural Integration (90 min session)

Get into some serious bodywork and structural assessment by booking an 80 minute session. In about 80 minutes we will assess, work and reassess; using Corrective bodywork and light functional training to help you move toward better performance. If you view yourself as a seasoned bodywork receiver, consider booking a 110 minute session instead.
